You are required to use at least two books
as references for your research project.
For each book you read, you must
complete a "Book Report" form.

form to your folder by right-clicking here.
You will complete this form for a
grade and also use it
to give a short, three-minute presentation to your class. You
can
read your books and complete the "Book Report" forms at any time, but the class
presentations will be...

the 1st Quarter for
the first book,
- during
the 2nd Quarter for
the second book
- YOU
MUST BRING THE
BOOKS WITH YOU TO CLASS FOR YOUR PRESENTATIONS
You can
search for books in the school library on the second floor right from
your computer lab. Double-click the Library Card Catalog
icon (shown below) on your computer's desktop...
To use the card catalog program,
type in subject keywords, like world war II, or book
titles, like "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer," or an author's
name, like Shakespeare.
Then click SEARCH. The next screen will show you
what
books are in the library, whether or not they are available, and other
information,
like number of pages.

use the Internet to search the card catalog of libraries
